Wow! We were actually headed to a different Chinese restaurant that we like nearby but they were closed. Hit up Google Maps and this place came up and has a 4.8 rating. Decided to give it a try. Boy, are we glad we did! Delicious food, wonderful service, lovely atmosphere… what more could we want? Our server was so sweet! Every dish we tried was so yummy! The dumplings (pork & chive) were the best we’ve had! So fresh and flavorful. My chow fun was the best I have had in NC. (I grew up eating chow fun in Chicago’s Chinatown and haven’t found anything that comes close to it - until now.) Again, super fresh and tasty! Chili wontons: soft but not mushy with just the right amount of spice (for me). Hub’s kung pao chicken was πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯. The plain fried rice he got with it was not plain flavor-wise. Plus it was one of the lunch specials for <$10! After devouring almost everything hubs ordered a bowl of egg drop soup and after tasting it proclaimed it the best egg drop soup he’s had. And he is extremely picky and hard to please when it comes to food! Before leaving, I chatted with Chef Ping for a few minutes. I told him how much we loved the food and he explained how they prepare everything fres

Authentic Chinese food! The bao buns and soup dumplings were excellent. Lots of food for a good price-you won’t leave hungry! Excellent service as well.

The service was fast and nice casual atmosphere. The food was good quality and had plenty of flavor. However, the portion size was small for all dishes. One of the smallest portion I've ever had at any Asian restaurant.

The food was amazing! This was my second time at the Beijing Cafe and it gets better every time! I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a chill and authentic Chinese food night. Everything is homemade, which makes the quality of food 10 times better. I put 4/5 stars for service because you order online at your table and the site kept glitching on us, but everyone was so nice and the in-person service was spectacular.

Love finding very authentic Asian cuisine! This place is great! Very Chinese in flavor, light. Best noodles we’ve had and steam buns! Would highly recommend. Also service is great but expect short and quick asian style service no small talk.
